  1. The Buy Now button is considered our on-hand product. These items ship within 2-3 business days.
  2. If you're seeing Pre-Order instead of Buy Now it is considered a pre-order.
  3. Please look over the Pre-orders conditions below.
  4. "Local Pre-order" In the Description means the item is made locally and it will ship within 2 weeks.
How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

You will receive an email or text with your order number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours on products we have listed has "On Hand" in the description to receive tracking information.

U.S. Shipments will receive your order within 3-5 business days, excluding Pre-Orders.

International Shipments will receive your order within 7-15 business days.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. When you receive your tracking you can track it on our website.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Habitat has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product.

How To Return My Items?

If your products are faulty when they are delivered, you may return the defective products to us. If you return the products to us, we will (at our option) repair or replace the products. There are NO REFUNDS.

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return.

To return faulty products, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products, and it takes 15 days or more to return or exchange the products.

To inform us that you wish to return the products. We will then provide you with details of where to return the products and complete the returns process.

We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless you received the item in a damaged or defective condition.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

  • Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Pre Orders Conditions
  1. If you're seeing Pre-Order instead of Buy Now it is considered a pre-order.
  2. Pre orders require full payment to be made at checkout.
  3. Please note that due to a high numbers of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the "Order Form" has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered sold.
  4. Items will arrive no later then 5 to 8 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs shipping)
  5. Please be patient and don't worry, you will FOR SURE receive your items. If your unable to wait on the shipment don't place an order.
  6. ALL orders will receive an 30% off your next item with the shipment.
  7. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
  8. Make sure your sign up for text or email alerts on the order confirmation page for all updates on your orders.
